Chefs in Residence

Every great dish starts with a seed of inspiration from within the chef that created it—EPIC seeks to nurture these seeds. Our unique approach sees a diverse group of chefs in residence with us for a short time, using their creativity to guide their own tasting menus. Each concept menu is centred around that particular chef’s style of elevated cuisine and all of the items are designed to be sampled together and shared. Through their innovative dishes, you will explore the Chef’s individual stories, experiences, and inspirations.
