Learn more about cured meats, cheese, and cocktails!
This workshop will be led by Chef Peter Keith from Meuwly's. He will share some stories and fun anecdotes about Alberta's food scene, cured meats, and cheeses. You'll also learn Peter's approach (and some tips and tricks) to creating your own delicious, accessible charcuterie board at home! You will also get to sip on three EPIC cocktails, each crafted to enhance your experience with delicious flavors (2oz each).
