An Ontario native, born in London, Oliver Butterworth attended Georgian college in Barrie Ontario for culinary management, before starting his professional career in Vancouver, BC at the prestigious Capilano Golf and Country Club.
Vancouver’s culinary scene provided a plethora of ideas and inspirations for new food fare. Oliver developed a passion for locally grown and sustainable produce with a particular focus on vegetarian and vegan cuisine. He believes that good food equals good health and that life is truly not lived without amazing culinary experiences. Since 2014 Oliver has held the role of executive sous-chef at Nicklaus North golf course in Whistler, BC.
