Chef Emil worked in a series of kitchens in Europe and the United States before he moved in 2008 to the Alberta town of Leduc. He has been in the hotel and restaurant industry for almost 30 years. Starting as a cook trainee with Jean-Louis Abauzit, a well known Michelin-star Chef from France, Emil worked his way up until he finished his Diploma in Culinary Arts under the same chef. Chef Emil worked for 7 years in France before moving to Cambridge, England where he worked as an Executive Chef for two 4-star hotels under Forestdale Hotel Management. When he came to Canada, he used to be Chef de Partie in the 4-star, four diamonds Hotel and Restaurant industry in Canada.
